Anti Bullying Conference

On Wednesday 18th May, 14 Year 9 students and Mrs Marano travelled to Ernesford Grange Academy to

represent the school as Anti Bullying Ambassadors.

Our day started off with multiple sessions based on Cyber Bulling and understanding how our perception

of people could affect your own perception of yourself. We also learned how to understand problems with

someone who is being bullied and how we could help. The purpose of our trip was to work towards our

Princess Diana award which is an award for people who take their own time and dedicate it to helping

others whether that would be through fundraising events or workshops that help people who are

underestimated in life. Overall a great day was had. The Anti Bullying Ambassadors are here to help with

any problems. A box is available in student reception where students can anonymously post a problem

that they have. Bullying can also be reported via email [email protected].
