rd NHRDN 3 HR Summit on Compensation & Rewards In the current scenario, organizations are gearing-up and building strategies to increase business opportunities and at the same time are finding new ways to motivate their workforce. Some of them take the monetary route of rewarding their associates, while some are advocates of the non-tangible way of recognising talent and appreciating efforts. Recognizing these imperatives, NHRDN organized its 3rd HR Summit on Compensation & Rewards on 13- 14 March, 2015 at GRT Grand, Chennai with Aon Hewitt as its Knowledge Partner for the summit. Mr Sudhanshu Tripathy, Group President HR, Hinduja Group was the Summit Director and Mr Vinod Dasari, Managing Director – Ashok Leyland Ltd., was the Chief Guest at the Inaugural Session . The summit focused on how the Compensation & Rewards teams should step-up their game plan and prepare for delivering the case for the next cycle of economic growth.
