The room (pictured, bottom right) had the current day’s newspaper and a copy of the Student Weekly readied at each students’ sta- tion. They began by showing us an entertaining 15 minute video. The video included information such as, the original editor and the year it began selling news- papers. The video also in- cluded some very informative infor- mation. It talked about the different jobs that make a newspaper function. We learned about the roles of a report- er, subeditor, editor, and photographer.
