From the Director's Desk Dear Brothers and Sisters: Assalamu-alaikumwa-rahmatullah
It is always pleasing to hear the good news that our TTC programs bring. For example, in one of our programs, the teachers in a school stopped beating the students! Why? Because they said: UQ teachers don’t do that! Alhamdulillah. The students (the future teachers) feedback also was very inspiring. They said that they had received so many beatings because they could not memorize/understand certain rules of Tajweed or certain rules of grammar and now with the UQA’s approach, it has become so easy to explain it to their students.
The best news of November is that our first trial program is already held in the Qur’an Campus, alhamdulillah. We pray that Allah blesses us with the resources to complete the remaining tasks and the campus starts working with teachers’ training courses, Tajweed and Understand Al-Qur’an courses, and ultimately the Dream-39 course too.

1. UQA syllabus in 145 Indian Schools:
This month we have got 4 new schools in Hyderabad. Some schools insist that we pay salary for the teacher. For new schools, we do provide our teacher (and therefore we pay the salary) but want them to take over in a couple of months. We can’t continue supporting them for all times. We would have done that, had we had more resources! We ask Allah to bless us with more resources. Following is the number of schools in different states/cities and countries. 2. UQA syllabus in 20 Study Circles:
Qur’an Study Circles are informal small groups. Most of these are sisters gathering together on weekly basis to study UQA Courses. By this program, UQA has been able to reach out to 100’s of Muslim homes with the message of Holy Qur’an in past few years. Alhamdulillah, the participants are excited to learn Arabic with this new style. 1 New Study Circles added this month at Sayeedabad Hyderabad. Below is the list of those that we are following up with them.

There are many others which we could not follow up. Now Br Qurram ([email protected]) is offering his help to organize the study circles and update them with the guidelines etc. Please do write and email to him if you are conducting a study circle or attending it.
3. Teachers’ Training Courses (TTC) – Trained 1562 teachers so far:
In November, we have been conducting Akkalkuwa, Lukhnow, and Ellore. These TTC are 45 days long in most of the cases (where we teach them both RQ and UQ). - One TTC 40th Batch conducted at UQA Head Office Hyderabad. - The demand for TTC is so huge that the Year-2015 is almost booked.

6. Update on Qur’an Campus and Dream-39 Project:
The work on Qur’an Campus is progressing Alhamdulillah. In view of urgent requirements, additional
members from UQA are working on executing the project. Construction activity is in full swing,
The UQA team has decided to start with the following courses as soon as the building is ready: 1. Teachers’ Training Course 10-days course 2. Understand Qur’an & Salah – Course 1 (50% of the words of the Qur’an) – 3 days course 3. Understand Qur’an & Du’aas – Course 2 (70% of the words of the Qur’an)– 3 days course 4. Read Al-Qur’an – 5 days course 5. Learn Tajweed – the Easy Way – 3 days course
For Dream-39 course, we pray to Allah to bless us with the resources so that we can construct the
following:
An auditorium that can accommodate 300 to 400 people (50% gentlemen and 50% ladies)
A hostel for men
A hostel for women
A kitchen and dining facility with separate dining halls for men and women.
May Allah bless those brothers who have especially dedicated their time, resources, and efforts to
help us complete this facility.
Latest Development in QC:
Construction of Masjid, Block B and Admin Office has been completed. Alhamdulillah!
Construction of Kitchen and Dining hall has started.
First trial run has been successfully completed.

as be able to convey the message of Qur’an to the whole humanity.

for success in this life as well as in the hereafter.

The objective is not to produce scholars of the Qur’an. There are many
institutions, which are doing this.
It is for a common non-Arab Muslim so that he is aware of Allah’s
guidance.
Our mission:
Teach the Qur’an in the easiest possible way for adults, teens, and children
from schools and colleges, and madrassahs.
Prepare Qur’an Centric Islamic studies.
