The Cialella’s, who are from Canton, MI currently operate 11 Victory Lane locations in Michigan. Derrick and Jane Oxender, the founders and former owners continue ownership of 4 locations after the sale. The company headquarters has also been relocated from Ann Arbor, MI to Canton, MI. With new ownership came a new support team. The next time you visit or call the corporate office you might run into a new or familiar face.

Justin Cialella is President and CEO.

Lauren Cialella is our COO. She directs the administrative operations for all corporate locations and the office. She also oversees all Marketing & Financial operations.

Derrick Oxender remains on the corporate team as the Executive Vice President of Sales & New Business Development. He is taking the lead on all franchise

expansion activities.

Beverly Niemi is the Administrative Assistant.

Bradley Gibbons is the Corporate Operations Manager. He handles marketing, fleet development, and supports operations for the corporate stores.

Matt Globke is our Accounting Manager, handling all accounting and financial reporting for both Victory Lane and the corporate stores.

Jim Harrington is our Vice President of Franchise Operations. He is tasked with providing operational support to all franchise locations and the corporate stores, and enforcing all Victory Lane standards and policies for the chain.

Increasing car count is major goal for all quick lube operators. Utilizing a partnership with national fleet companies and local fleet accounts can help.

Many large companies with fleets of vehicles, probably have service contracts with a national fleet provider. These fleet providers maintain the local service center listings, billing and service records for these larger companies in your areas.

The only thing you have to do to start accepting this fleet business is to register with each national provider. When a vehicle affiliated with a national fleet enters your shop, they provide a voucher informing you what service is authorized.

Fleet marketing is important for growing your business. Try offering aggressive pricing to a local company to earn their business then grow your car count by with a preferred customer program for their employees personal vehicles.

In total we donated over $2000, but saw car counts and revenue increase during the events. Plus, almost 75 of customers who visited from these charity partners were new customers, which gave us an opportunity to grow our existing base and improve overall retention. This is a great way to get some easy publicity and build your customer database at your stores.

Victory Lane Raises Money for Local Organizations

This summer, six of the corporate stores hosted Community Appreciation Weekends, which helped raise money for local non-profits.

The charity partner provided free marketing through emailing their contact lists, promoting the event through social media and contacting the press about the event. In exchange, they received a donation of a certain % of the sales from the event. We chose 10% but this can be individually tailored to your event.

The events started in May and rand through Aug. We partnered with local organizations like:

Victory Lane Franchise-Wide Annual Meeting

This October we are looking forward to seeing all franchisees for our annual meeting. We will be gathering together on October 27, 28 and 29 at the Inn at St. Johns and Roush Collection Museum.

The event will kick off on Oct 27 with a cocktail reception at the Inn at St. Johns. The following day will be introductions, presentations, workshops and networking at the Roush Collection Museum.

We welcome all for this meeting. Bring your spouse, or an interested potential franchisee. Lunch and Dinner are included for all attendees and the Inn at St. Johns has a beautiful golf

course for those who would be interested on Wednesday morning.

A Save-the-Date notice was emailed by Lauren on Monday 9/15 with basic details and hotel information. More details will follow as they are available.

This will be a mandatory meeting, as directed per your franchise agreement, so please make certain to schedule around the dates.

Victorylane.net is currently in the process of getting a new look and new functionality to drive more customer traffic, engage with social media, and help franchisees.

We have selected AMS, Advanced Media Solutions for the redesign of our site and we anticipate that the redesign will be completed during the 4th quarter this year.

Here is a preview:

1. A re-designed home page that brings key content for our customers “above the fold”, so with a minimum of clicks, a customer can locate services and a nearby location.

2. A mobile friendly platform that will a better user experience for smartphone users
