Dear Parents,

I know you will have missed us over the past weeks! Over those

weeks a timetable has been sent home for each class and

teachers have been meeting with you.

Voluntary School Contribution

Thankyou to Katey for this reminder. The Voluntary School

Contribution is $45 for 2019.

P&C MEETING and Annual General Meeting AGM

Our first P&C Meeting of last month was well attended. It is

wonderful to have such a strong and supportive group of families.

Our next meeting is this week on Thursday, 7 March 2019 in

our School Library. This meeting is our Annual General Meeting AGM

The meeting will start at 9.30am and continue until 10.30am. We

then share morning tea together.

School Photos

School Photos have been taken and photos for any students or staff

away on the day were taken last week.

Health & Safety

Just to report, we had an Evacuation Drill last Tuesday and the school

was quick and calm receiving 10/10. Well done everyone.

SCHOOL BUSINESS

Class List – Please see an updated list attached so you know the staff working with your

child and two corrections: Patrick Cairns is in Year 5 and Jordana Penzo is in Year 10.

My apologies for these two errors in the information provided to you.

Class Timetables have come home to you over the last two weeks. All curriculum areas

are covered in the timetable. All students are now working on an Integrated Unit of

Work: Healthy Lifestyles.

Individual Education Planning Meetings have been happening over the past weeks and

will continue until the end of this term. Thank you for taking the time to talk with us

about your child’s learning program.

The meetings for students in Year 12 with take place with the Class Teacher and the

Support Teacher Transition, Cherie Harris.

Rotary Club of Lismore West Dinner – Thursday, 21 March 2019

Every year we cater for a dinner for the members

of the Rotary Club of Lismore West.

The date is coming quickly – Thursday, 21 March 2019.

Keep this date in your calendar.

We will need help during the day for preparation and in the evening for serving and

cleaning. Please see the note attached to this Newsletter.
