It would really help if you could follow this up with your children at home and talk to them about what courage means. Class Assembly Well done to Miss Walker and Mrs Myhill’s class for a wonderful assembly. Parents’ Evening Thank you for attending parents' evening. It was lovely to see so many of you. We hope you found the information useful and enjoyed seeing what your child has been busy doing. Also, a huge thank you to ‘Waterstones, Audley Centre, Mums the Word, Staying safe online’ for your time and resources shared with our families during the evening. P.E. Kit ALL children must have outdoor kit (blue leggings / blue sweatshirt) which can be purchased from 'mum's the word’; the order form is on the school website. If you have bought black tracksuits already that is fine for the moment. Other colours are not acceptable. Year 1 Meeting A huge thank you to parents for attending the Year 1 MyMaths and Phonics meeting. It was lovely to see so many parents joining us. For any further questions and advice, feel free to speak to the class teachers. Goodbye and Good Luck Today we have said our goodbyes to Miss Walker who has been extremely grateful for all the help and support from our St Thomas’ families. She has thoroughly enjoyed teaching the children. Miss Walker, we wish you well on your new adventure and can’t wait for you to come back and visit. From the St Thomas’ family. We will be welcoming Miss Higgins to Year 1 after the half term holiday. E-Safety E-Safety day on Tuesday was a great success. Children took part in a variety of activities. To continue building on this work we are going to be adding ‘E-Safety Tip of the Week’ to the newsletter. As there is no screening and the video is live, there's is the possibility of inappropriate content. We hope you all have a lovely and safe half term holiday.
