Birthday Party Volunteers
We are in need of volunteers to help with birthday groups for the Care Center and Haaland Estates. Those who volunteer are responsible for assisting with birthday party baking and preparation.
Patient Assistant Volunteers
Volunteers will be assisting the Admissions staff at the main entrance of HAMC. They will escort and direct hospital and clinic patients and visitors. Hours are from 9:00 – 11:00 am and 1:00 – 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
The Singing Valentines HAMC Auxiliary Fundraiser had another fun and successful year. I want to extend a big thank you to our singers and all the cookie makers. This fundraiser puts a smile on so many faces, and our residents always sing along with us. The proceeds will help benefit the Acute Hospital We appreciate all of you for your contribution in supporting this fundraiser.

Our Valentine Royalty Amy Short is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and works as a Restorative Aide in our Care Center.
She has been caring for residents for over three years. She lives in Rugby, has a son and daughter.
When she isn’t working, she loves reading, relaxing and watching television. Spending time with her grandson brings her joy and she’s excited to welcome her second grandchild very soon.
She cherishes sharing stories with our residents. She often comments about the amazing lives they have lived and relishes in the history they share with her.
