Credit Pack FAQ’s How do I get started? By calling us on 0845 612 5544 to set-up a Free white labeled reseller account today. How do the Credit Packs work? You purchase the packs from us at your discounted reseller rate. When your customers start sending, they do so using credits from these packs. How do I set-up a customer? Inside your reseller account is an area where you can create as many customer accounts as you wish. Can my customers login? Your call, each customer account has it’s own login for you to give them if you wish. What will they see if they login? Your email marketing software, your logo’s and your brand colours. Their logins will restrict them to their account only.

Discounted Monthly Plans are specially designed for more regular high & low volume sending. Based on how many subscribers each customer has, this unlimited sending plan offers incredible value & functionality.

Monthly Plan FAQ’s What’s the difference? Unlike credit packs which feed from a single source for sending, each customer has their own plan based on the amount of subscribers they have. How many emails can each customer send? As many as they like upto 50,000 subscribers. Larger databases can send upto 12 times a month. What if they go over there subscriber total? You will be automatically be billed at midnight on the appropriate subscriber total plan and a new monthly period will begin. How do I get the Discounted Monthly Rate? All of your accounts will be billed at the Discounted Monthly Rate once you have 3 or more active customers. What’s the contract length? 30 days, you can cancel a customer plan at any time. If cancelling an account drop you below 3 active customers your remaining plans will return to the standard rate.
