SCHOOL LIAISON OFFICERS Connecting Navy Families, Commands and Schools The School Liaisons can: Answer questions about school enrollment options Assist with inbound/outbound school transfers Provide resources for college readiness Assist with agency referrals and much more! FFSP provides services through Fleet and Family Support Centers, such as relocation assistance, new parent support, deployment services, clinical counseling services, financial management counseling, family employment services, family advocacy and the transition assistance programs. Fleet & Family Support Services The mission of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is to provide, in partnership with the Navy and Marine Corps, financial, educational, and other assistance to members of the Naval Services of the United States, eligible family members, and survivors when in need; and to receive and manage funds to administer these programs. Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Child development programs are offered to ages 6 weeks to 5 years at Child Development Centers (CDC) throughout San Diego. Caregivers receive extensive training in the development of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to ensure an enriching day care experience for young Navy family members. Program elements include age appropriate activities, participation in the USDA food programs, & monthly training requirements of staff. We put our Kids First! The MWR Youth Programs Department operates eight housing area recreation centers and offers a wide variety of recreation programs for children ages three to seventeen. Some of these programs include open recreation, contract classes, field trips, teen programming, building rentals and special events and many more!
