1. Logging into the Admin Tool

The Login page for Next Gen TitlePro247’s Admin website is www.TitlePro247.com/administration.

2. Landing Page – User Administration Tab and Account Setup

Starting from left to right the Admin Tool landing page allows you to view all of your defined Reps, Assistants (if any) and Users in list form with the capability to search your users on Username, Email Address, First and Last Name, and User Reference. For convenience, adding the next role below the Manager role is performed by selecting the Add New Account button.

Next up: Account Setup – Select the Profile dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of your page to continue to the next

Step. Next, you’ll setup Products, check and update your Profile Settings and set up Tokens BEFORE creating your Reps, Assistants and Users

3. Profile Tab and Account Setup – Do this Before Setting up Reps, Assistants, and Users

Let’s take a look at your Profile Tab now that you have logged in. Under the Profile Tab, there are five management options and the Logout. Here you can manage your Contact Information under Account, your Password, set up your default Products for your Reps and Users, custom settings and an option to create and manage any Tokens you may want to create and give out.

The image below shows where to manage your Contact Information, Security Credentials – reset your Password and view or update your Challenge Questions. Also shown are your Manager Settings where you can chose to allow an Assistant admin and high level Token management for your Reps.

Now, let’s take a look at your Profile Tab now that you have logged in. Under the Profile Tab, there are five management options and the Logout. Create Tokens - Tokens are used for prospective clients (replaces Book of Users). The Manager can create a token and transfer to a Rep or if the Manager choses, he can delegate that duty of creating Tokens to the Reps.

7. How Customers use Tokens to Create a New User Account – Your Token Login Code Email

As you remember from the previous sections, a Manager or a Rep can create a token, and a token may be transferred to another Manager or Rep. Also, we know that all of your tokens start off with a default capacity of 100 users.

Let’s go to the first step that happens after you create a new Token (see Section 5 – Create Tokens). After your Token is created, an email is sent to you confirming the name of the Token to be used as a Login Code. For example, the Token Login Code that appears in the email below is NYCTitleCon2019. This is the Code that you will give out to prospective new Customer Users.

Next, we’ll show how a customer logs in with a Token.

8. How Customers use Tokens to Create a New User Account – Using a Token.

Next, after receiving your Token Login Code, you’ll want to pass out your Token to your new Customers with the URL where they can use the Token. For example, the URL for Next Gen TitlePro247 is www.TitlePro247.com. On this pre-login home page there is a START HERE button that sits below the orange Login button. Clicking the START HERE button opens the Token page:

9. How Customers use Tokens to Create a New User Account – Entering a Token Code.

On the Token Page below, your customer will ENTER the Token Code you gave to them in the box that says “Enter your Token” and then click the Submit button:

10. Email Notifications are sent whenever Tokens are Used to Create New User Accounts.

Whenever a Token is used to create a New User Account, an Email notification is sent to the Customer to click the Link to first confirm their Email Address. After their Email is confirmed, they follow the steps to continue to complete User Account Setup. When Setup is completed by accepting the Terms of Use, your new Customer will then land on the Home Page of your TP site.

11. Manager Role: Create Reps, Assistants, and Users

One final thought. You’ll remember from the 2nd slide at the beginning there was a button, Add New Account that was described as a Quick Add for creating a Rep, Assistant and a User role. Using the Add New Account button gives the Manager Role the option to create a Reps, Assistants, and User roles. Using the Add New Account button as positioned below allows a User Role to be created underneath their Manager Account instead of

underneath a Rep Account. But this should be the last step in setting up your Manager role because as already mentioned, the roles you create and setup will inherit your products, caps and Lists features.
