increase productivity.
The impact of hardcopy usage on the environment is generally considered to be significant, but few truly
understand its magnitude. Often, printing a hardcopy is ignored. But it shouldn't be. The costs of using
paper, toner and ink supplies as well as the machine energy consumption associated with printer devices
are considerable.
Nowadays many Governments and Parliaments have highly prioritized staring "green IT" strategies in order
to gain the financial benefits of being more environmentally sensitive.
