[ ] Active Operator Option - Professional Installation at operator’s expense (training provided)

- CANABOXX Operator will consume all necessary operational responsibilities which include

servicing and maintaining CANABOXX machines. CANABOXX Operator will have full access to see

- Income Guarantee: locator can relocate locations as seem fit

- Re-Installation : operator is responsible for his/her re-installation or there is a $250 - $500 Re-

Installation fee for locations that needs a professional installation.

- Lead generation: new & existing location profile provided weekly (Best fit stores)

- Discounts provided for 10+ CANABOXX purchases **

- All CANABOXX placed must comply with all license requirements (ex outside setup etc)

- All inventory orders must be placed through CANABOXX

- Operator will receive 100% of all revenues from CANABOXX minus canaboxx technology fees fees

- 10 Location Minimum for Absentee Operator Option (Not available in all states)

- Income Guarantee: locator can relocate locations as seem fit (Not available in all states)

- Re-Installation : there is a $200 - $250 Re-Installation fee for locations that needs replacement

- Lead generation: new & existing location profile provided weekly (Best fit stores)

STARTER EXCLUSIVITY

[ ] EXCLUSIVITY- Exclusivity allows an operator to exclusively resell CANABOXX within a specific geographical area with no other

reseller within a specific radius

- For any territory exclusivity operator must purchase a minimum of 100 units a year or 10 a month

- ONE-TIME EXCLUSIVE FEE: $150,000
