Situation:An aged and deteriorated underground drain line burst beneath

a large radiation room that is inaccessible. The University

of Toronto explained that replacing the pipe line was not an

option. Nu Drain was the ideal solution to rehabilitate the 3"-

and 4"-wide cast iron pipes.

Solution:Nu Drain, Nu Flows Pull-in-Place liner, was installed in-situ

using existing access points outside of the inaccessible roomThis liner cured to form a new, seamless pipe-within-a-pipecovering all breaches in pipe. The work was completed in the

summer, so no students or professors were disturbed.
