• Why did we move towards social networks anyway?– High user numbers on consumer side– Good reputation among companies– But, where is the business case? – NFC came a long way in terms of assumed infrastructure, but
not as a technology– The social networks link is rather new
• A solution to the „Chicken and Egg“ thing?– High user numbers are possible – High adoption rate can be tough (tipping point)– But, where is the business case then?
