The Aquinas girls’ team, which is the defending state D3 champion, out- pointed McDonald to cap- ture the Spartan team crown with 73 points. McDonald was second with 95 points. Leading St. Thomas were the Soehnlen sisters of Kalee Soehnlen (5th, 19:36), Hannah Soehnlen (13th, 20:20.1) and Kacee Soehnlen (16th, 20:34.6).
