Network Operations Activities and Role

The NOC is fully equipped with sophisticated network management, monitoring and analysis tools. All problems are recorded and immediately solved by the center’s engineers. The corporate customers are assigned a ticket number in order to follow-up on his request, in case it could not be resolved immediately.
