To the Inhabitants of the Town of Hart's Location, New Hampshire in the County of Carroll in said State, qualified to vote in Town affairsi
You are hereby notified to meet at the Varney residence in said Hart's Location on Tuesday, the tenth day of March, next at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjectsi
Article 1. To choose all necessary Town Officers for the ensuing year.
Article 2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray
town charges for the ensuing year and make appropriations of the same.
Article 3. To authorize the Selectmen to borrow sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year and make apuropriations of the same.
Article To see if the Town will vote to petition the Representatives and Senators who represent the Town in the General Court to support in the current session of the General Court, the concurrent resolution to amend the State Constitution to limit the annual increase in property taxes to five percent and to limit the annual Increase in spending by the state or any city, town or other governmental unit of the state to five percent.
Article 5. Shall the Offices of Town Clerk and Tax Collector be com-bined as one office.

Pire Warden Lyle M. Richardson, J r . moved away in J u n e , 1980
and Anthony Severino was authorized by Richard C. Belmore,
District Pire Chief, to issue fire permits until a new Warden
was appointed. C-eorpe W. Marcoux of Bartlett was appointed
on January 22, 1981.

DOG LEASH LAW
At the State Election Meeting on November 4 , 1980, the town of
Hart's Location voted to adopt the provisions of RSA 466i30a
which makes it unlawful for an owner of any dog licensed or
unlicensed to allow said dop to run at large, except when accom-
panied by the owner or custodian and when used for hunting, herd-
inp, supervised by competition and exhibition or training for such.
This law to take effect January 3, 1981.

The meeting opened at 10i20 A.M. due to 12" snowstorm.
Pifteen voters were present. The Warrant was read by Moderator

It was noted here that the bill for this item was received after the town reports had been printed and the rate had been increased to $65.00. The town report shows this item to be $50.00. A question was raised as to why the prop-erty owner's County Tax payment was re-turned last year. Tax Collector, P. M. Varney, told them that because the town had enough money in the Treasury to cover the County Tax payment, they were not to charge the property owners per order of the State.

SCHOOL REPORT
Hart's Location is an unorganized town which means that it has no
school district. Children of school age In unorganized towns go to
school in towns which do have school districts. The State's Depart-
ment of Revenue Administration is responsible for setting the school
tax rate for unorganized towns and for collecting the tax.
This year there are four students attending school from Hart's
Location, all at Kennett High in Conway.
PLANNING BOARD REPORT
The Planning Board held regular meetings during 1980 as required by
law. They are duly recorded and are open for Inspection. There
were no requests for subdivision considerations this year.
