year (ie someone leaves an organization and is replaced by someone else)

• New person immediately added as active, but deactivated if payment not recorded within 4 week period.

– Designated Regular Member $50 (includes institution membership $0)

– Additional Regular Members $25 (institution must be a member)

– Associate Member $40

Join Today! (first time members, inactive institutions)- Join today icon- First page asks you to select what type of member you will be (perhaps dialog box selection) with a description of the membership types:

- Institutional/Designated Member $50- Associate Member $40

- This page also should include the Treasurer’s name and email address to call if any questions.- Click Next once dialog box checked- The look of the next page will vary depending upon the membership type

• Institution/Designated Regular Member: Institutional membership is limited to postsecondary institutions within the State of New Hampshire. Institutions are entitled to designate one regular member and are not restricted as to the total number of regular members.

• Associate Member: Associate membership shall be limited to persons doing business within the State of New Hampshire interested in student financial assistance matters as representatives of educational institutions, or as representatives of public, private, and community organizations or institutions.

Institution/Designated Member

1) Drop Down Box to Choose from Inactive Institutions, to include choice of new- If the choice is an existing inactive institution, data will populate for the person to update if necessary, including all regular members (add or delete)- If the choice is new, the following fields will appear to be completed:

- Institution Name- Financial Aid Department Mailing Address- Financial Aid Department Phone Number- Financial Aid Department Fax Number- Director of Financial Aid Name- Director of Financial Aid Email Address- Financial Aid Website Address- Designated Member Name- Designated Member Email Address

2) Click Submit3) Do you want to add additional regular members at this time? Yes or No

- If YES – How many?- If new institution, the appropriate number of input fields open up to add the regular member names and email addresses

4) Four actions will then happen:- The Institution and Individual Member database will be updated with a 4 week out inactive date- The invoice will appear to be printed out with payment instructions- An email will be sent to the Treasurer indicating the new member application/renewal- An email will be sent to the member with Welcome login and password information

Associate Member

Provide a page with an invoice for one associate member for them to printout. This applies to both new or inactive Associate Members.

Once they print the application, the would need to fill out with the following information to mail to the Treasurer.

– Name– Email Address– Title– Organization – Mailing Address – Phone Number – Fax Number
