What is an Apprenticeship?
Work-based learning programmes that enable individuals to earn a wage whilst gaining on the job experience and skills that lead to nationally recognised qualifications.
New and existing staff who want to gain further qualifications and develop skills.
Framework Levels• Apprenticeship – Level 2 (equivalent to five GCSEs at grades A*-C)
• Advanced Apprenticeship – Level 3 (equivalent to two or more A Levels)
• Higher Apprenticeship – Level 4/5 (equivalent to BTEC Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND))
