Nice portions to start the day at Corner Bakery Cafe in AtlantaGeorgia

Who needs a huge breakfast to start the day? I rather a good sized portion that does not take me back to sleep.Corner Bakery Cafe seems to agree with me. Before I set out on an eight hour drive back to Orlando, I needed to fuelup. Right around the corner from Aloft Hotel is Corner Bakery Cafe. How ironic?

The restaurant sits along Peachtree St at the foot a skycraper. They have a good sized patio facing Peachtree St.that allow dogs. Nice to people watch and smell some fumes. The concept is simple, walk in to counter, place order,they bring food to you. Friendly smiling faces and nods is everything that someone needs to start the day. CornerBakery Cafe staff understands this. The menu is fairly simple and short not long and confusing.

Coffee and Orange Juice – Coffee was steaming and hot, toasty roasted flavors filled the air. Orange juice wastasted like fresh squeezed.

All American Scrambler - Freshly scrambled eggs served with applewood smoked bacon, French toast added. Notbad at all. Nice portion.

Anaheim Panini - Eggs, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, avocado and cheddar cheese grilled on sourdough. Checkthat out. Everything you want for breakfast in a one handful. Taste and texture were rocking.

This was a perfect start for my drive. I felt full and alert. Way to go.
