Auckland Lantern Festival Where Auckland Domain When 14th – 17th February Price Free

Auckland Lantern Festival is back and celebrating 20 years. Enjoy New Zealand’s largest Chinese festival, welcoming in the Year of the Pig. Be entertained and dazzled by hundreds of handmade Chinese arts and crafts. Plus treat your taste buds to a delicious dish from a wide range of Asian food stalls, there will be much to choose from.

We are able to assist you with transfers to and from your destination. For up to three passengers we can arrange Auckland Co-Op Taxi’s which can be charged to your room for your convenience. For larger groups we can arrange a shuttle for you with Super Shuttle. This service is perfect for cost effective transfers for a team of colleagues

At the Heritage Hotel Auckland we are committed to creating a sustainable environment. After a three month trial this month sees the launch of PressReader, an app which allows our guests to access over 7,000 publications from all around the world. It is quick and easy to use, simply connect to the hotels wifi using your room credentials, download the PressReader App and begin exploring.

All publications you download can be read offline within the app at any time, all brought to you complementary, care of the hotel. We hope you enjoy this service

Celebrate Chinese New Year Auckland comes alive to celebrate Chinese New Year. Events are being held throughout the city to mark the Year of the Pig. Some of these events I have listed below:

- Auckland Lantern Festival Auckland Domain 14th – 17th February

- Festival and Market Day ASB ShowGrounds 2nd February

- CNY at SkyCity 4th -25th February, Daily events during the holiday period. Highlight days are the 4th February and 8th February

- Auckland Museum throughout the month of February the museum will CNY. They also have a gallery featuring over 7,000 art, music and objects celebrating Asia.

Early Bird Dinner Menu- $38.50pp Need to dine and dash? Have a show to go to? Or just fancy an early night? Our Early Bird Dinner is designed for you. Our Early Bird Dinner comes with soup and warmed Ciabatta to start, followed by your choice of main and dessert to finish off with. Accompanied with a glass of our house wine, beer or soft drink.

Available Monday – Sunday 5pm- 6pm.

Located adjacent the hotel lobby, Spa Sommaai wishes you a warm welcome after your day exploring or working. Sommaai is Thai for fulfilling wishes.
