A small plates menu focusing on fresh seasonal, local produce. The menu has been designed to mix and match and share together. You won't find blueberries from Chile but you will find cape gooseberries grown on our farm in New Delhi. Working with Indian and Asian produce means that we naturally shy away from ingredients like refined flour and sugar and work more with local grains as well as sweeteners like coconut sugar, jaggery and honey. Our menu is clearly marked to help navigate any intolerance, and those who are gluten-free, dairy-free will find plenty to enjoy. Also known as Vigna Mungo, this lentil is local to the Indian subcontinent but has alsomake its way to then tropical lands of the Caribbean, Fiji and Africa. High in protein, this lentil has also shown to help reduce elevated cholesterol levels

Ragi, also known as finger millet is a non-glutinous cereal and therefore safe for people suffering from gluten allergy and celiac disease. This small grain is packed with lots of nutrients including rich in amino acids and an excellent source of natural calcium

We spend time sourcing the best locally, when its not possible we look further a field

We only use organic eggs

Our breads and pastriesare freshly made inour kitchen

Where possible we opt out of refined sugar and look towards natural alternatives like jaggery, date honey and palm sugar

Drawing inspiration from the lands that meet the Indian Ocean, NicoCaara’s menu’s focus lies on quality ingredients, locally sourced as much as possible. Our dishes change to celebrate unique flavors and make the most of the season.

The menu has been divided into various sections starting with a small plates offering – delicious plates that are made to share. We recommend you order a selection of small plates or bar nibbles as your starter and then go on to ordering

your main course from our bowls & large plates section. Ending with on a sweet note, we have a range of regular, gluten free and vegan dessert.

You are welcome to also treat our menu as a tasting menu and order a whole variety of dishes from each section to share and enjoy the NicoCaara experience.
