It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Amber Welch. I have worked with Amber for the last year and half on both the Outreach Committee and on the board of the DOZ Charitable Foundation. As a Chair Lead on the Outreach Committee I worked with Amber to organize various outreach events for employees of Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski and their families to participate in . Amber organized more challenging outreach events. On one particular event, it required excellent communication skills , patience, tact, and good organizational skills. Through organizing this event, Amber worked through many issues and dealt with difficult personalities but ultimately persevered. Amber's hard work and thoroughness paid off as the event was successful. This was actually Amber's first event with the committee and I was very impressed with how she handled every big and small challenge along the way. It was after that, that Amber became someone I could really rely on. Her enthusiasm for helping others and follow through was something I could count on time and time again . Amber took on various responsibilities with Outreach, as a first year member she accomplished more than I could ever expect. She also organized a variety of events, all of which were successful. Along with the Outreach Committee, I was excited to welcome Amber onto the DOZ Charitable Foundation. Amber was voted into the board by her peers. As Treasurer and past Secretary of the Foundation, I worked with Amber on the board to fulfil the board missions to "help those who cannot help themselves". Again, Amber very quickly became an integral part of the team, bringing many ideas to the board, was thoughtful in her participation and followed through every task she was assigned to. Amber served as a great connection between both the Outreach and the Foundation. The board has big shoes to fill , with Amber's departure.

Amber will truly be missed, she is a hard worker and brings a lot of experience to every task she completes. She has my highest recommendation and I would be happy to discuss and provide additional detail about Amber's competence and responsibilities on both Outreach and the DOZ Charitable Foundation.
