CONSIDERATIONS -continued Fee for production of certificates CANNOT be

associated or advertised with the course – separate conversation

Certificates can be given for each course or a number of courses (Must be credible and validated by Ministry of Education to inspire students to want to take a course)

If the WIKI is Open – no passwords, then a critical “eye” must be given by the NIE’s and who will do the collaboration for questions and guidance…becomes something other than coursework
