Further the following are the terms and conditions for engaging ITI passed apprentices:\

1. Age limit: The minimum age limit is 18 year and the maximum age limit is 30 years as onclosing date (Relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST & 03 years for OBC (Non Creamy layer) &10 years for 40 % PWD candidates (VH/OH/HH) in their category.

2. Stipend : As per provisions of Apprentice Act 19613. Training Duration: One Year.4. The defined seats of reservation for SC, ST will be as per norms and reservation for OBC

and PH candidate will be given as per the norms of Uttarakhand Government.5. Preference will be given for candidates from project affected families (PAF) and project

affected areas (PAA) of Tehri. Koteshwar` Pipalkoti.

6. Only candidates who have Uttarakhand Domicile are eligible to apply.7. Candidates should be eligible with respect to age criteria and educational qualification as on

closing date. Result awaited candidates need not apply.8. Employment in THDCIL: No Employment will be given after the completion of

apprenticeship training by THDCIL.9. Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for stay.10. The candidates who after completion of their education have undergone apprentice training

inanyorganizationshallnotbeconsideredeligibleforapprenticetraining.I1.Selectioncriteria:therewillbenointerview;theeligiblecandidateswillbeshortlistedonthe

basis of merit drawn on the Oasis of marks ottained in respective trade i. e. ITI examination.(Incasethemarksobtainedbythecandidatesaresame,thencandidateofhigheragewillbegiven preference).

14. Those candidates who have successfully completed ITl (Regular) in 2016, 2017, 2018,2019 and 2020 are only eligible for apprenticeship Training. Candidates whose resultsare awaited will not be eligible for applying for apprenticeship training.

15. The selection and deployment of apprentice trainees will be subjected to detailedprovisions.

16. Candidates may kindly ensure that they possess required qualification for theapprenticeshiptraining,ifatanytimeofjoiningorafterjoiningapprenticestrainingitisfound that candidates have submitted wrong information or the documents submitted arenot true, then the candidature of the candidate will tle cancelled without giving anyreason.

17. Management reserves the right for amendment/rescheduling/termination/suspension ofselection process without giving any reason.
