If you are a talkative, talk and let it count. Don’t be afraid of your fears. They’re not there to scare you. They’re there to let you know that something is worth it.
Our success as a business depends on the success of our people. So we make sure that we create an environment where all our employees feel included and able to perform at their best.We have a culture where success is celebrated, no matter how big or small. We trust each other and value openness and honesty in our working relationships.
Graduating from a university is more about your understanding than what you studied. University should be multi-disciplinary, and that is what Sussex does.
