ESV M. B. Nuhu made history twice for being the first from Northern Nigeria to obtain a PhD in

Estate Management and Valuation and the first Professor in that field from Northern Nigeria. A

former HOD of the Department in FUTMinna and at Bayero University, Kano (BUK); A former

Honourable Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Niger State; A fellow of the NIESV, Chairman,

Niger State Branch in the past and currently a member of NIESV National Council. He was

Chairman/Director-General of NIESV Learning Centre Implementation Committee; Chairman,

NIESV National MCPD and NIESV Education Committees. He was a consultant to the Niger State

Government on GIS establishment. Prof. Nuhu has several awards and honours.

1988 respectively. She became an Associate of the NIESV in 1993 [Reg. No. M00930] and was

inducted as a Fellow in 2014. Adenrele is a member of NIESV Kaduna Branch and lives at No. 25,

Maiduwa Road in Barnawa area of Kaduna Metropolis. She is a mother of four grown children.

Mission Statement: To guide the Council Meetings by giving relevant information that is beneficial

to our profession and to provide useful techniques to all Members of Council, by which the Institution

can forge ahead in all its dealings. Also to give advice on ways of ensuring the safety and security of
