TELESCOPIC SIGHTS

All instruments of the NS-ZF series are of compact and lightweight design and provide simple and intuitivehandling of the sight. The outstanding optical performance, based on a catadioptric objective, enables the instrumentsto operate with image intensification tubes of the latestgeneration. The results are increased ranges of recognitionand identification to cover effective mission ranges of in-fantry weapons like assault and sniper rifles or recoillessanti-tank weapons. The illuminated reticule, based on theballistic pattern of the used weapon, is adjustable forbore-sighting.

NIGHT VISION WITH IMAGE INTENSIFICATIONTECHNOLOGY

PHOTONIC is is world-wide active developer, manufacturerand promoter of electro-optical instruments for infantryweapons. A wide range of instruments based on light inten-sification technology has been developed by Photonic and is in service in armies and police forces all over the world. The battle-proven instruments, utilizing the latest light intensification technology, are used as observation instru-ments, sights with specialised reticules and night visionadapters, combined with regular telescopic sights for simple and easy night operation.Ruggedised against the hard conditions of the battlefield,Photonic products are accomplishing highest demands inperformance and reliability. With 20 years of experience in night vision optics, Photonicproducts are combining high class optical components andlatest image intensification technology for customized pro-ducts. Based on the excellent quality of our optical designsthe latest tube qualities can be integrated in Photonic instruments. By using state-of-the-art image intensification tubes ofAmerican or European origin, Photonic products are reachinghighest requirements in performance and cost-effectiveness.

Photonic night vision instruments offer the following features:t Outstanding optical performance due to optical design

reducing stray light to a minimum t Capable of high performance image intensification tubes

FRONT ATTACHMENTSFOR TELESCOPIC SIGHTS

To provide a simple but accurate way to enablenight fighting capability for standard telescopic sights,Photonic developed two add-on instruments based onimage intensification technology. With long experiencein military optics the basic design concept of the add-oninstruments aims for the best optical performance for theuser. Each instrument is balanced for a characteristictype of weapon and sight. This combined solution bringsa cost-effective tactical advantage for special and reg-ular infantry forces.

NIGHT VISION FOR SNIPER SCOPES

The NS-VS 1x 80 night vision module was specially developed for the combined use with a high performance telescopic scopefor sniper rifles. Based on light intensifier technology the NS-VS 1x 80 enables every telescopic sight to operate during night-time or under low-lightconditions. Based on the high performance mirror-objective the night vision module works with everytelescopic sight with a magnification up to 10times. All crucial features of the telescope likemagnification, reticle design, adjustment meansremain unaffected by the NV module. The outstanding optical performance is provided bya 80 mm catadioptric objective to collect the maxi-mum amount of ambient light and produce brightquality image on the ocular of the instruments. Due to the excellent alignment of the optical components no boresighting procedure of the instrument is necessary. To provide aclear and sharp image to the dayscope the NS-VS 1x 80 comes with a focusing adjustment range from 20 m to infinity.
