PROJECT DETAILS

Overview: It is a Telecom BI (business intelligence) project. The Objective of the project is to report the profitability at the site level.
There are basic 3 modules in the project:
Dashboards - This application provides the ability to track the profitability and operational metrics at BTS site level. The system will also provide a Geographic Information System (GIS) map viewer for the profitability dashboards, implementing access control and schedule data flow and dashboard refresh.
CLIP - It is the master data management system for sites being used by Vodafone; it provides the capability for adding new sites and managing the existing sites. It also provides the ability to track the rental, diesel and electricity costs at site level.
DIA - Identifies the low performance sites. It also provides a front end to change the sequence of business rules for identifying the root causes and also to track the actions being taken to improve the performance.
Responsibilities:
