Mr. Hilquist also reportedun the statesof the College's in-vestments. 0CC hasas mechosa75% higher return on ils invest-mentsthanitssisterinslitutionu intheChicagoarea.

The Board authorized pur-chase of à 1994 Dodge Van,Competer Consulting Service,Metal Platemaking Service (fUrprinting), e Field Study Course,and a five yearcontract for phoneoperations. Masonry and plumb-ing services forthe Ray Harsteincampuswerealsoauthorized.

As there arr not the fundsavailable to allow a net increaseio staff, despite the increases inenrollmeut, the College has beenworking voy had on an internalanalysis for the reallocations ofstaifin the areas most needed.

The Board accepted the staff-ing recommendations, but askedto be advised of the specific de-tails of which positions reeliminated, which added, and atwhat cost, following its imple-mentation.

The actions of the MONNA-P Board were ratified, thethird year of a three year grantwas accepted, and the supple-mentary authorization to pay pro-fessionul personnel and the cIbi-cal practice egreements wemtipproved.

The Board retired to ExecutiveSession to discuss personnel mat-1ers, and Dr. Tenlloeve indicatedthat another Executive Sessionfor personnel issues would likelylake place before the next Boardmeeting, and would be an-nounced to thnpublic.
