HOLY, HOLY, HOLY

Holy, Holy, Holy! Lord God Almighty!Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee.Holy, Holy, Holy! Merciful and mighty!God in three Persons, blessed Trinity.

Holy, Holy, Holy! All the saints adore Thee!Casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;Cherubim and seraphim falling down before Thee,God everlasting through eternity.

At the mountain of God, Horeb,Elijah came to a cave where he took shelter. Then the LORD said to him,“Go outside and stand on the mountain before the LORD;the LORD will be passing by.”A strong and heavy wind was rending the mountainsand crushing rocks before the LORD—but the LORD was not in the wind.

Reading 2 2 Corinthians 9:6-10

Brothers and sisters:

Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each must do as already determined, without sadness or compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. Moreover, God is able to make every grace abundant for you,so that in all things, always having all you need, you may have an abundance for every good work.

will supply and multiply your seed

Gospel John 12:24-26

Jesus said to his disciples:“Amen, amen, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies,it remains just a grain of wheat;but if it dies, it produces much fruit.Whoever loves his life loses it,and whoever hates his life in this worldwill preserve it for eternal life.Whoever serves me must follow me,and where I am, there also will my servant be.The Father will honor whoever serves me.”The Gospel of the Lord. R. Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

Profession of Faith

I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages.God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God,begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father;through him all things were made.

For us men and for our salvationhe came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit

(At the words that follow, all bow.)was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. (End bow)

For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third dayin accordance with the Scriptures.

ACT OF SPIRITUAL COMMUNION

My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy

Sacrament.

I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into

my soul.

Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,

come at least spiritually into my heart.

I embrace You as if You were already there and unite

myself wholly to You.

Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
