Hello Dear Neighbors!

YOUR MAINTENANCE FEE OF $60.00 PER YEAR IS FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE FORKRR .

Once again, without sounding monotonous, this is very important to ourNeighborhood for our roads to be considered Good Roads.

UPDATE ON OUR ROAD MAINTENANCE:

Kings Ranch Road (KRR) maintenance will be done every 2 months starting as of July, 201Cost will be only $320.00 per maintenance. Repairs (if needed) will be extra.

VERY IMPORT PLEASE READ:

THINGS TO HAPPEN ON KRR:

Jan 2012 Maintenance:

GRAVEL will be moved to one side – DITCH will be cleared out

and material put back on road.

March 2012 Maintenance:

Same done to the other side of KRR.

THIS HAS TO BE DONE IN TWO (2) phases to save money, time, annot to disturb road use.

Please Take NOTE :

Speed Kills Roads! After the road is graded and smoothed, don’t forget tokeep your speed to 25 mph. The faster the speed the faster the road fallsapart! This costs everyone money and it is irritating to drive on a roughroad!
