NISL / US CLUB SOCCER 2013 BOYS CLUB CUP NISL / U.S. Club Soccer will host a State Cup for boys. This tournament is not intended as a replacement for the USYS Championship, but as an alternative for those teams that wish to advance to a U.S. Club National Championship. AGES: - Single Year U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18 LEVELS: - Level 1 - Top 1-12 Ranked Teams Level 2 - Next 13-24 Ranked Teams Level 3 - Next 25-36 Ranked Teams ENTRY FEE: - U9 - U10: $150.00 U11 - U12: $175.00 U12 Classic & U13: $200.00 U14 - U18: $250.00 LAWS OF THE GAME: - All matchesshall be played in accordance to FIFA Laws of the Game, except those specifically modified by NISL Playing Rules. (Reference: Field Size, Playing Numbers, etc.) TOURNAMENT & MATCH SCHEDULE: - Teams are ranked and divided equally by a blind draw. Teams are then seeded into a Double Elimination Tournament format bracket. All teams will follow the Double Elimination Tournament Bracket Time Line DEADLINES. Games will be completed by each dealine in order to stay on track to begin the next round games. Any incomplete game will have a winner determinded by a coin toss. TEAM POINTS/PLACEMENT - In the result of a tie during the Double Elimination Round, the teams will immediately begin PKs. If neither team is a winner after the initial five (5) PKs, the teams proceed to a sudden death PK round. FINAL GAME PROCEDURE - If the team from the Lower Bracket wins the initial Final Game against the team from the Top Bracket (who would have no losses at this point), a Blitz Game will be played. This game takes place immediately after the initial Final Game to determine a winner. For the U9-U12 age groups, the Blitz game will consist of two 10-minute halves. For the U13-U18 age groups, the Blitz game will consist of two 15-minute halves. June 15 - 16, 2013 - NISL / US CLUB STATE CUP Semi Finals and FINALS ROSTERS: - Players may not play for different teams in other levels of the Cup simultaneously. Players are allowed to move up age groups and levels at any time, no restrictions. Each player at that point becomes Cup-Tied to the higher team. Players MAY NOT move back to their original legel/age group at any time for the remainder of the tournament - no exceptions. (i.e. Player "A" is on the U14 team. Halfway through the tournament, he becomes a member of the U15 team. Once a single game has been played at the U15 level, he is no longer eligible to play on the U14 team at any point. This remains true even if the U15 team gets eliminated before the U14 team during tournament play.) No guest players from another Club are permitted. Substitutions are unlimited for all age groups. GAMES LOCATION: - The Home Team is responsible for securing a field and will contact a referee assignor to provide referees. NISL pays for the center referee, the home team is responsible for paying both lines people. Semi-Final and Final games will be played in Schaumburg at Olympic Park, and the NISL will be assigning and paying all officials. REFEREES: - All matches must use referees certified by the U.S. Soccer Federation
