SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure that the towbar is suitable for the vehicle before starting the installation.
For safety, all work involving towbar installation (incl. electrical components) must be undertaken by skilled technicians.
Damaged components must be replaced with manufacturer’s spares and fitted by qualified staff.
It is forbidden to make any modification or structural repair to towing assembly.
The tow-ball must be kept clean and lubricated. For added safety, his diameter (50 mm) must be checked at regular intervals. If the tow-ball measures less than 49 mm after selected readings across the diameter, the tow-ball must be replaced with a new one.
After 1000 km of towing, check torque settings for nuts and bolts, in accordance with the table.

Remove the eventual protection mastic from areas which may come in contact with the tow bar assembly and paint areas with anti-rust paint. The holes for fixing the structure are existing.
1. Remove rear bumper.2. Remove and discard bumper's beam. 3. Cut the lower part of the bumper as shown.4. Lower the exhaust , removing its rear rubber support.5. Insert items “B” into the chassis rail, aligning to holes “01”, “02” and “03”, insert the screws and fix.6. Locate e cross bar “A” between items “ B” in reference to holes “04”, “05” and “06”, insert the screws
and fix.7. Tighten all the bolts and nuts.8. Connect the wirings to the socket,9. Re-fit exhaust-pipe and rear bumper.
