Dispersion Kneader

• When the need was felt for mixer capable of; hard mixing from process compounding view point , N.K Enterprises developed Dispersion Kneader.

• Ever since its introduction, the Dispersion mixer has enjoyed a reputable performance edge over conventional mixer, due to its excellent dispersion capability, distinctive tilting mechanism and compact common bed construction. These features of dispersion kneader have greatly contributed to stabilized quality, co-ordination of work and improvement in working environment.

1. Maximum Dispersion

Maximum dispersion is obtainable by means of double bladed rotors and proper clearance, and jacket construction which ensures effective cooling.

2. Easy Cleaning of the Mixing Chamber

Even if a small quantity of material from previous batch remains in the mixing chamber , subsequent material is badly affected. Particularly in the case of Pigment compound , where color change should be carried out in a perfect manner. Tilting of Mixing chamber enables complete interior inspection and easy cleaning. Hence color change can be done with ease

3. Cooling EffectIn order to obtain constant cooling of the rotors and the main body, there is a provision for effective cooling through special type of jacketing arrangement and rotor construction to give optimum cooling effect.

4. Gear BoxThe gears are ‘Helical’, made of alloy steel forgings and lapped to ensure sturdy and noiseless operations.

5. Bed PlateThe machine has common bed on which mixer, reducer and motors are compactly arranged, hence there is no need of foundation, this saves space and foundation expenses.

6. RotorsThe integral part of the whole machine is the rotor, they are manufactured out of high grade alloy steel. The edges of the rotor are staylited and Hard welded and finally grounded on a profile grinding machine or better dispersion and power saving.

7.Temperature SensorThe thermocouple is projected into mixing chqmber, by which compound temperature measurements can be done more accurately, in combination of digital temperature controller.

8. Dust CollectorA specially designed dust collector is provided for collection of in process compound particles, in the waste bags, which can be reused in the following batches. This helps to keep environment clean .

9. Application

The mixer can be employed in a wide range of material mixing. Including, Rubber compound for Hawai Chappal, Micro Sheet, Tyres and Tubes, Rubber Sheets, Eva, Silicon-Synthetic Rubber and other types of Rubber and Plastic compounds.
