The soleplate allows changing NKU height and also gives it additional rigidity.

If necessary, you can install up to two soleplates one upon the other.

The unique soleplate structure is equipped with detachable panels. The soleplate allows transporting the cabinets during installation works in confined spaces using a forklift.

Movement of cabinets with a forklift at the installation site reduces the preparation time of the product during commissioning/

The panels are equipped with a quick-release fastener, which provides quick access to embedded equipment in case of necessity.

Safety of personnel and equipment

Switchgear protection against the unauthorized access by means of the transparent door with a lock.

Internal division types of NKU

For NKU-SESH-M cabinets 1, 2b, 3b, 4b division types are applied.Division of 2a, 3 a, 4a types has less strict requirements of their analogues with letter b.

Embedded variable-frequency drives (VFD)

• The latest type of VFD produced by Schneider Electric is Altivar Process.

• Rated power is from 0.75 up to 45 kW.

• Unified overall dimensions of the cabinet WxDxH - 600x600x2100 mm.

• Cabinet degree of protection is IP54.

• Installation of additional options - harmonic filters, bypass etc.

• Installation up to six VFD in one cabinet due to the power and additional options.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKING AREA OF DISTRIBUTION CABINETSHeight of module MWorking space for arrangement of panels with apparatus on height is divided for clarity. The height of one module (1M) is 50 mm (1M = 50 mm).

Maximum quantity of modules in the distribution cabinet is 30 M.

Section for cable connections can be located both on the left and on the right side of the distribution cabinet.

PlastronFront panels or plastrons covering wiring boards with the apparatus installed on them have different configuration and are made in the same style and chosen due to their height in modules.

The plastrons are equipped with fast-release fastener and do not require special tools for demounting.

To provide easy access to the equipment and automatic circuit-breakers of the outgoing lines during maintenance the plastron can be installed on the hinges.

Time reduction to perform routine maintenance of embedded equipment and automatic circuit-breakers.

Minimum allowable free space around the cabinet

CABINETS OF ONE-SIDED MAINTENANCE CABINETS OF TWO-SIDED MAINTENANCE

It is required to leave enough space to open completely any door of the cabinet.

When connecting the input with the cable or busbar bridge from above, it is required to leave free space not less than 600 mm above the cabinet.

TRANSPORTATIONREQUIREMENTS

NKU-SESH-M is supplied as transport groups consisting of one or several cabinets connected together.

The package can be of two types:

• wooden pallet with wrapping in inhibited heat shrinkable film;

• wooden container.

The equipment is supplied on the pallets or guide blocks. Final unpacking of the equipment shall be made, if possible, before installation.

When unloading NKU-SESH-M one shall transport lifting it from below or gripping it from above.

When lifting from below the equipment can be lifted from the front or back side with a stacking truck or a fork lift truck. It is required to follow safety rules, equipment shall be fixed with safety belts during transportation.

When using an overhead crane gripping the equipment from above, it is required to use the corresponding slings. They shall be enough strong and in good condition. The slings shall be fixed to four lifting rings on the equipment. It is required to adjust the length of the slings as per the size of the distribution device in such a way that the angle between the slings does not exceed 60°.

In cases when a transport group includes more than two cabinets connected with each other, it is required to use the cross-beam with direct mount to support elements of the distribution device.

SERVICE SOLUTIONSElectroshield Samara provides a warranty and post-warranty service of its own manufactured equipment, as well as modernization of the obsolete equipment of other manufacturers.
