The new and highly innovative manufacturing technique ofMAPAL's HighTorque Chuck combines high torquetransmission, ideal damping characteristics, outstandingrigidity of the overall system and radial run-out accuracy of< 3 m. The bending resistance is 1.4 times greater than theconventional MAPAL shrink chuck per DIN 69882-8.
These advantages guarantee excellent surface finish on thepart, significantly higher milling speeds and short machining
times while preventing edge chipping on the cutting edge andensuring a long service life for the tool.
