FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE: Isaiah 9:6-7 (NKJV) For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His

name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the

increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His

kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The

zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

II Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things

have become new.

Psalm 51:10 (NKJV)

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you

1. LEARN TO BUILD IN AND THROUGH CHANGE.

a. Noah’s season a season great change.

to them... 5Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,

and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the LORD was sorry

animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind, two of every kind will

come to you to keep them alive. 21 And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you

shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them.” 22So Noah did everything exactly

as God had commanded.

2. I MUST HAVE A VISION FOR THE NEW THING GOD IS DOING OR HAS DONE AS IT RELATES TO MY

LIFE.

Isaiah 43:18-20 (NKJV)

“Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new

thing, now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness

and rivers in the desert. 20 The beast of the field will honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches,

because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people,

My chosen.

a. We must understand God’s purpose for the vision.

b. We must understand His plan as it relates to the vision.

Philippians 3:12 (NKJV)

Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay

hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.

c. We must understand the Power or Authority of the Plan and Purpose God invested in

my renewing.

God’s power enables the use of weak instruments:

A rod

sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may

eat it, and die.”

A cloud the size of a man’s hand

I Kings 18:44 (NKJV)

Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as

small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to

Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’”

Small beginnings

Zechariah 4:10 (NKJV)

For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to

see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the LORD,

which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth.

The mustard seed

Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is

like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field, 32 which

indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown it is greater than

God’s instrument case

3. TO WALK IN THE NEW VISION GOD HAS FOR YOU, YOU’VE GOT TO BE WILLING TO WALK OUT OF

THE OLD.

II Corinthians 5:17-18 (NLT)

This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! 18 And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him.

4. HAVE A ZEAL ACCORDING TO KNWOLEDGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE VISION.

Isaiah 9:7 (NKJV)

that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Therefore, I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of

my hands.
