Zoë is a stakeholder engagement and communication specialist with more than

18 years experience working with the mining, civil construction, engineering,

utilities, professional services and government sectors in the UK and Australia.

Since moving to Western Australia in 2001, she has managed her own niche

consulting practice (No Crumbs Communications), which specialises in designing

and implementing strategically-driven solutions for business-to-business

communication projects across Australia.

Zoë’s proven track record of success includes the design and delivery of the

Australian Asbestos Network’s award winning communication program; stakeholder

and communications management for Main Roads WA and Macmahon’s award

winning Great Eastern/Roe Highway interchange project, and the Reid Highway

and Mitchell Freeway projects: and the development, management and delivery of

positioning profiles for more than 170 executives at Ernst & Young.

Zoë also has an excellent track record managing, producing and writing targeted, quality-

driven tenders and submissions, with a high percentage reaching either the “short-list”,

• The Australian Institute of Project Management (Project Management Achievement

Awards) and;

• The Civil Contractors Federation (CCF Earth Awards).

Zoë received a Highly Commended Award from the PRIA WA State Awards for Excellence

for her work with the Australian Asbestos Network’s “Engaging the Australian Community

on the Enduring Impacts of Asbestos Exposure (2012)”. She has also guest lectured
