Take a look of your life events. Some of these are yourchoices, some of these are your beliefs. You are not responsiblefor your strong belief system because it happened when you

were realy young. However, you made some choice in your life.Some of they worked, some of them didn't, but you continued tomake the same choices even when you didn't have the results

you wanted.

RitualsLet's make this straight. You cannot become a successful athlete if

you're a smoker. You cannot have the perfect health if you eatunhealthy. You cannot become financially indepented if you are stillworking in the work you hate. You cannot have a relationship if yourattitute is the same with all the other failed relationship. Does this

make sense?

"No More"There's a moment in your life that when it comes, your mind fliptsand clicks. The moment you realize that smoking is making you sick,

the moment you realize that you hate that job, the moment you realizethat you deserve something better in your relationship. You don't haveto make a new year's resolution list, a MOMENT is enough to make you

say :"NO MORE". And then is when you actually change.

We don't make decisions with our logical mind. Our logical existonly to make exuses, like, "I am not fat, this is my body type. "I amnot doing anything wrong with my relationships he/she didn't knew howto behave" "I have no other surce to make money, so I will stay at my

job, because I'm not qualified enough".

The challengeStart watching yourself what you are doing in daily bases.

What kind of food do you eat. What kind of exersice do you do.What kind of thoughts come into your mind/does they make feel

positive and productive or you are judging and critising yourself. Doyou want to be in a relationship or not/what are your actions? BE

AWARE of your rituals, because they define you. Success DOES NOThappen suddenly, failure too.

It's the EVERY DAY process you make and then they emerge fromthose actions.

What/Why/HowWhat is what you want?What does that mean to you?How you will act to achievethat?

If you actually want to make a change , you have to train yourself. Like whenyou want to become a better football player, or a siger, or whatever, youpractice every day. So you think, "OK, what do I want? (a, b,c...bla bla)." Be

SPECIFIC. You brain is a machine, whatever data you entry that will work on.Being specific you allow your brain to spend more energy on that think youwhat. Second, WHAT does that MEAN? What it means for you to become an

exellent singer or football player. That's your MOTIVATION! And finally, WHAT willyou DO? How you're gona work on IT? If your plan doens't work CHANGE IT!!

Ask and you shall receive...

You can make better choices and you know that. You don't need meto tell you how to lose weight, or how to behave in your

relationships, or what to do to achieve your goals. All the answersare inside you. All the tips and "how to" are already in your head.You are just not asking the right questions to yourself and youdon't believe in your abilities. Those two things are keeping thedoors in your mind closed. Release that power. Become aware of

yourself.YOU HAVE ONE LIFE.
