European Election Campaign Aims

Make it impossible for the Council, Commission and Parliament to say that the current approach to trade is the only one, by:

- Promoting alternatives- Demonstrating that trade can be at

the service of justice, equality and democracy

- Demonstrating that the current approach to trade is bankrupt

Who are we targeting? What do we want them to think or do?

• Public and candidates: increased awareness of the problems with the current system and the alternatives

• Media: give more air time to alternatives and question the current discourse

• MEP sympathisers: create a group within parliament willing to argue for alternatives
