published in the Gazette of India, dated 9th December, 201 3.

It i s notified that the provisions of the Sexual Harassment gf Women

at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Red.essal) Act, 2013 and the

Sexual Haras'sment ot Women at Work.place (Prever!tion, Prohibition and

Redressal) Rules, 2013 supersede the University (:,dinance XV-D, with
