ALL TV PRODUCTION SERVICES PROVIDED BY TIM PIERCE – PIERCE MEDIA

You will be contacted by Pierce Media to schedule TV productions. Can be filmed on location or an in-house commercial with business providing photos or logos. All businesses must have a prepared, 12 second voiceover prior to filming. Voiceover will be provided if business does not want to appear on camera. Full production on site/lights/etc. One revision (if needed) will be provided. Business has 48 hours to reply or spot is considered approved. Business must

provide an email address to Pierce Media where the commercial can be sent, viewed, and approved in the allotted time frame.

CHAMBER WEBSITE

The Chamber will have a You Tube page and will showcase this seasons New Commercial Spots. Your spot can be shared on your own Facebook or You Tube page for you to send to your customers.

COMCAST SPOTLIGHT

Commercials will air on: Root Sports, HGTV, History Channel, and ESPN. Shared Bonus spots will run on a rotation of networks as inventory dictates.

THE HERALD-STAR AND THE WEIRTON DAILY TIMES

You will be notified by a representative of the paper of your scheduled ad date. Your ad copy will be due no later than one week in advance of your scheduled co-featured ad. You will have the opportu-

nity to view your ad before print. A revision (if needed) via email will be made available from the paper to the business for final approval. If no response by business is made within 48 hours, the ad copy will run as is. It is the business responsibility to provide an email address where the ad can be sent, viewed, and approved in the allotted time frame to the newspaper.

You will be contacted by a representative regarding your commercial. Business must provide information so a 20-second script can be created. This information is due no later than two weeks

prior to scheduled air date. You will have the chance to approve the script. If no response is made within 48 hours, the script will be produced as

is. Commercial will be voiced by the radio station if the business person does not want to record their own commercial.

WTOV9

Advertisers run independently with their own 15-second commercials or with bookends! Bookends are two 15-second commercials that air in the same break, one at the top and one at the bottom. (:30 second commercial is available.)

Of your 15-second commercial, you will receive approximately 12-second of your own time, with an open and close of the commercial along with the Shop Around Your Hometown jingle and Weirton Chamber of Commerce Logo.

Media production with Pierce Media is included in the package price. Bonus commercials are available based on the number of commercials you purchase and will air on FOX9 or MeTV, be-

tween the hours of 5am-2am, based on availability.

All production will be done through WTRF WTRF will create a special :30 commercial; with :05 at the beginning and end promoting Shop Around Your Hometown
