AUCTION NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF OBSOLETE ELECTRONIC ITEMS ETC. ~Sealedtenders are invitedfromthe registeredRecycler/Re-processorof E-wastewithCentralPollution Control Board/State Pollution Control Board for auction of obsolete Computers,Printers, Monitor, Mouse, UPS,Batteries etc. on "Asis, where is basis" and as per CPCB(www.cpcb.nic.in)/SPCB/PCCguidelines for disposin&off recycling/ processing of electronicswaste.

Total number of equipment/ items is 55 (ListAttached - Annexure-B),it includesobsoleteComputers, Monitors, Printers, UPS, Batteries etc. All the items as per Annexure-B, arelocated at FlU,6th Floor, Hotel Samrat, KautilyaMarg, Chanakyapuri, New Deihi - 110021.Registered Recycler / Re-Processor are requested to inspect the above items during theperiod as mentioned below.

Details for inspections &contact person, are as under: .

An EMDof Rs. 5,000/- should be deposited along with the bids in the form of an accountpayee bank draft/pay order of a nationalized bank/Commercial Bank in favour of FinancialIntelligence Unit-Indiapayable at New Delhi.

Eligibilitv Criteria

1. Registration for Recycler/Re-processor of E-waste with Central Pollution ControlBoard/ State Pollution Control Board in terms of Ministry of Environment of Forestnotification number S.O. 1035(E).Dated 12thMay 2011. Acopy of the valid certificatemust be attached with the bid along with a Copyof the latest annual returns filed inForm-3, to the State Pollution Control Board or Pollution Control Committeeconcerned as the case, is must to submit with the bid as supportive document.

General Terms & Conditions

1. The bids willbe valid for 120 days from the date of the opening of the bids.

, 2. The bidders may inspect the items on a pre-determined date and satisfy themselvesabout the items they are bidding for.

3. The items shall be sold to the highest bidder; VAT/Taxwill be extra, asapplicable.4. The EarnestMoney Deposit (EMD)ofthe successfulbidder shall be adjusted in the bid

out forth. The EMDofthe unsuccessfulbidders shall be returned within 90 daysoftheauction date, without any interest.

5. No items, once disposed to the successfulbidder, shall be taken back by FIU-Ind, onany conditions whatsoever.

6. The successful bidder has to make full balance payment in the form of Demand Draftin favour of Financial Intelligence Unit payable at New Delhi, within 5 days afterconfirmation, failing which the offer will be cancelled and EMDshall stand forfeited.

7. The successfulbidder shall be required to IWtall the items from the disposal site to hispremises within 5 days after the payment of balance amount. On failure to do so FIU-Ind shall have the right to forfeit the entire amount of the bidder and dispose off theitems to the alternate bidder.

2. The quotation must be submitted on or before the due date and time otherwise it will

be rejected. Tenders received after due date and stipulated date and time due to anyreason whatsoever, including postal delays shall not be considered.

3. The financial bid be quoted both in figures and words along with SalesTax/eST(if any).

Any overwriting or erasing the figures shall not be considered for acceptance of therat~ offered by the tenderer. VAT if any shall be borne by the tenderer.

4. FIU-Ind reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning

any reason whatsoever.

5. Eachpageof the tender documents should be signed by the bidder(s).

6. Incomplete and unsigned quotations are liable to be rejected.

7. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.5,000/- must accompany each bid. This shallbe in the form of an account payee Demand Draft/Pay Order of any nationalizedbank/commercial bank drawn in the name of Financial Intelligence Unit-India, payableat New Delhi without which the bid shall be summarily rejected. No cheque/money

order/cash shall be accepted. -

8. The EMDdeposit shall not attract any interest.

9. For financial evaluation, the highest bidder shall be chosen based on the figures

quoted in Annexure-A.

10. An authorization and registration letter issued by concerned Central/State PollutionControl Board must be submitted with the bid as supportive document.

11. ACopyof the latest annual returns filed in Form-3,to the State Pollution Control Boardor Pollution Control Committee concerned as the case may be, must be submittedwith the bid as supportive document.
