In pur uance of Section 5( I) & (2) and 19( I) of the Right to Information Act. 2005and in supersession of all previous orders on the subject. the officers as given in the attachedlist are designated as Assistant Central Public Information Officers (ACPIOs)/ Central PublicInformation Officers (CPIOs)/ Appellate uthority for the Section/ subjects mentionedagainst them in the Office of Development Commissioner (Micro. Small and MediumEnterprises) with immediate effect. The Officers designated as ACPIOs would discharge theirfunctions only in the absence of the CPIO.
