(v) Shri Ashish Upadhyay, IAS (MP:89), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Power by temporarily upgrading the vacant post of Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor in the Ministry. (vi) Shri K. Sanjay Murthy, IAS (HP:89), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation, Ministry of Commerce & Industry in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post. (vii) Shri Keshav Kumar Pathak, IAS (BH:90), presently in the Cadre, as Managing Director, National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd., Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary. (xvii) Shri Vijayendra, IAS (AM:91), Joint Secretary, Department of Defence Production asChairman & Managing Director, National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. in the rank andpay of Additional Secretary under Central Staffing Scheme.

2. The ACC has also approved upgradation of the following officers of 1991 batch on in-situbasis to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India, as a measure personal to them,by temporarily upgrading the posts held by them:
