(a) (i) holding analogous post (lOA pay sclae of Rs. 36600-62000 in case of applicantsfrom Public Sector Undertakings) on regular basis in the parentCadre/Department.; OR

(ii) five years of service rendered after appointment to the post on regular basis inPB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100) and Grade pay of Rs. 6600/- (lOA pay scale Rs. 32900-58000) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; OR

and possessing at least eight years experience in Administration, Establishment,Vigilance and Accounts, matters

2. Age:- The applicants should not have crossed the age of 56 years as on theclosing date of receipt of application.

3. The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre postheld immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization orDepartment of CentralGovernment shall ordinarily be for a period of three years.

4. The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line ofpromotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarlydeputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

5. The terms & conditions and pay & allowances of the officers selected forappointment on deputation basis will be governed as per the provisions contained inGovernment of India, DoP&T OM No.6/08/2009-Estt(Pay.lI) dated 17.06.2010, asamended from time to time.

6. While forwarding the applications in the prescribed format (Annexure) in respect ofeligible officers who are interested and can be spared in the event of their selection, thefollowing documents may also be sent alongwith the application:

(i) Application in the prescribed pro-forma (Annexure).(ii) Certified copies of up-to-date and complete Annual Confidential Report

(APAR/CR Dossier) of last five years.(iii) Integrity Certificate.(iv) Vigilance clearance including certification that no disciplinary
