Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) Training

Stroma Certification’s Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) Training is provided via a four-day course. You’ll receive training as a Level 3 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor which qualified you to join our approved NDEA certification scheme.

Complete Stroma Certification’s NDEA training and gain membership of a fully audited non-domestic scheme. Applicants will receive training in the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Recommendation Reports and the use of Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) software. Successful applicants will be able to carry out compliant assessments of non-domestic properties.

Course structureStroma Certification’s Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) training is approved by the Awarding Body of the Built Environment (ABBE). A registration fee of £230+VAT is payable to ABBE upon course completion. We offer NDEA training across the UK and can provide the course at a location of your choosing for groups of four or more individuals.

n Modelling simple heating, cooling and ventilation systems within existing buildings

n Instruction in the use of SBEM software

NDEA Training (Level 4)You can also enquire about our top-up course from NDEA Level 3. This allows applicants to perform non-domestic assessments of more complex buildings. There is an additional top-up option to cover Display Energy Certificates (DECs) too.
