• Charge up to 6, 12, 24 NorexPro® SafeLite® LED candles, all colors, “Pin Model” or “Switch Model”

• Specify: 110v or 220v, Euro or British plug. • Norex SafeLite® candles need to be

purchased separately.• Only use a NorexPro® Charger with a Norex

• Position charge receptacle on bottom of SafeLite® onto the charger pin of the NorexPro® SmartCharger. Press down firmly. Candle light should be OFF while charging. NorexPro® SmartCharger indicator lights should be green while charging.

• The NorexPro® SmartCharging system ensures that a SafeLite® charged to full capacity will not overcharge or have a shortened product life when left on a powered NorexPro® SmartCharger for an extended period of time (months or years). NorexPro® SmartCharger will charge 12 SafeLite® candles using only 5 watts of power.

Special ServicesWe do not accept product returns without a valid Return Authorization RMA# issued by Norex clearly visible on outside packaging.

WARRANTYSubmit proof of purchase and NorexPro SafeLite® and NorexPro® SmartCharger product registration to Norex within 30 days of purchase to activate the 1 year product warranty. Contact Norex via phone, fax or email [email protected] for information on product registration and warranty terms.

RETURNS FOR CREDITRequest Norex authorization to return product for credit within 7 days of product delivery. Product needs to be received by Norex within 14 days of delivery in “as new” condition in original packaging. All freight charges and a 20% restocking fee will be the responsibility of the customer. No refund. Credit will be applied towards new purchases. Special color SafeLite®, non-flickering SafeLite®, custom crafted wax candle lamps, SafeLite-AC™, or any other customized product may not be returned for credit.

SAMPLES FOR REVIEWAn authorized purchase order (open term customers only) or a signed credit card charge authorization form is required for customer evaluation samples. If customer samples are not returned within 30 days of delivery and received by Norex in undamaged, “as shipped” condition, sample sale will be considered final and samples will no longer be accepted for credit. Pre-hollowed wax candle holders taller than 6” are considered a final sale and are not returnable for credit.

IN CASE SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED:1. Notify driver. Keep outside packaging and product for

Norex or carrier inspection.2. Contact Norex within 5 days of delivery.3. Norex will work out the procedure for product

replacement with you. Do not dispose of damaged product. Do not ship back to Norex without a valid RMA# issued by Norex.

DISPOSAL OF SAFELITE® CANDLESRechargeable SafeLite® needs to be disposed of according to local waste management regulations. You may return SafeLite® to Norex with a valid Norex RMA# and we will dispose of them in an environmentally safe way at no charge.
